Test & Publish
Before making your assistant live, place a real test call to your own phone to hear exactly how the conversation will go for your customers.
Testing your assistant
Click Test Assistant at any point; you don't need to finish configuring it first. You'll be asked for a phone number to call (a real one you have access to) and any input variables the assistant needs, like the customer's name. The call is placed within minutes.
Afterwards, check Call Logs to review the recording, transcript, and the Output Variables that were captured during the test.
Publish the Assistant
Once you've completed all the changes and are satisfied with your assistant's conversation flow, you can publish it and start using it for calls.
Once published, the assistant appears under the Published tab, becomes available when launching a campaign, and can be triggered directly via the Twenty2 API using its Assistant ID.
Draft vs. Published
-
Save as Draft keeps your created assistant fully editable. Drafts appear under the Drafts tab in My Assistants and can be revisited at any time.
-
Publish Agent makes the assistant live and usable in campaigns.
You cannot edit an assistant once it's published. Make sure to review and test your assistant before publishing.
Next: Launch Campaign
Use your published assistant to start calling contacts at scale.
