Manage Numbers
Every campaign requires a phone number to make calls. Buy and manage numbers directly on the Twentytwo platform and use them across your campaigns.
Buy a number
You will find a list of numbers to choose from under the Manage Numbers section.
Select a number to view a complete pricing breakdown before purchasing, including the monthly fee, 18% GST, the total amount to be deducted from your wallet, and your wallet balance before and after the transaction.
To prevent accidental purchases, you'll be asked to confirm twice, first on the pricing summary screen and again on the final confirmation screen. Once confirmed, the number is activated instantly and can be used in campaigns right away.
All numbers associated with your account are listed on the same page, along with their city, provider, and monthly fee. If a number is no longer needed, you can release it directly from this page.
