Launch Campaign
Create a Campaign
Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign. Setup takes two steps- Campaign Settings and Call Settings and you can save your progress as a draft anytime.
Step 1: Campaign Settings
Give the campaign a name, pick the published assistant to use, and set the date range it should run over.
Set a Call Start Time and Call End Time within the platform's calling window of 9:00 AM–9:00 PM IST. You can narrow this range (e.g., 11:00 AM–6:00 PM), but cannot extend it. This helps protect your number from being flagged as spam.
Select the phone number you want to place calls from. You can also configure email notifications for when the campaign ends, though this feature is coming soon.
Step 2: Call Settings
Upload your contact list as a CSV — max 20 MB, 10-digit Indian numbers only (no +91 or 91 prefix). The screen tells you exactly what columns are required, and a Sample CSV download is available if you want to match the format exactly before uploading.
Before launching, you must tick the consent confirmation — that every contact on your list has given prior written consent to receive AI-generated voice calls. This isn't optional; the campaign won't launch without it.
Step 3: Launch
Click Launch Campaign once everything's in place. Your campaign will be live, and calls will begin going out within the calling window. You can check your campaign results under the Live tab and in Call logs.
