Billing
Your wallet balance is always visible in the top-right corner of the platform. Use the Billing section to track spending, view invoices, and add funds when needed.
Passbook
A complete record of all wallet transactions, including phone number purchases, call charges, top-ups, and balance adjustments. Each entry includes the amount, available balance, and timestamp, with date filters for easy tracking.
Invoices
View and download invoices generated for each billing cycle, including invoice number, amount, issue date, due date, and payment status.
Recharge Wallet
Add balance via UPI or NetBanking anytime, with no minimum amount. If your balance runs out during a campaign, simply top up, and your campaign will resume automatically; nothing is lost.
How calls are billed
Calls are charged per minute and rounded up to the nearest 60-second pulse based on your plan's rates. You can view the cost of every call in Call Logs, and unused wallet balance carries forward to next month as long as your account remains active.
