Understand how campaigns work on Twenty2.
Campaigns
A campaign lets you use your published assistant at scale. Simply upload a contact list and set a schedule. Twenty2 will automatically call each contact, retry missed calls, log outcomes, and provide real-time progress tracking.
Campaign statuses
Campaigns live in one of four tabs:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Live | Currently running and placing calls |
| Scheduled | Set up but not yet started |
| Completed | Finished — every contact was called |
| Stopped | Ended manually before completion |
Calling window
Calls are only placed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM IST to protect your number from being flagged as spam. You can shorten this window (e.g., 10 AM–6 PM), but you cannot extend it.
What a campaign tracks
Every campaign includes a detailed view with live progress and performance metrics, including calls made vs total, success rate, call statuses, average call duration, and total cost. You can download a report of your campaign or access call logs directly for each call detail.
Campaign details such as date range, calling window, phone number used, and total contacts are all recorded alongside it for reference.
