Call Logs

View every call made from your account, including campaign calls, test calls, and API-triggered calls. Access call recordings, transcripts, and captured data for each conversation.


Reading the logs

Each row shows the Call ID, the number dialled, which campaign (if any) it belonged to, the assistant used, duration, status, who hung up, cost, and the exact timestamp.

Status tells you what actually happened: Completed means the call connected and ran its course, Not Connected means the call never reached anyone, and Not Attempted means it's still queued or was never placed. Filter by date range, assistant, campaign, or call status — or search directly by phone number or contact name — to find what you're looking for quickly.


Call Details

Click View Details on any call to see everything captured during the conversation:

  • Call Recording: Listen to the recording directly in the dashboard or download it for future reference. Recording and transcript links remain available for 30 days after the call, so be sure to download anything you need to keep.

  • Call Transcript: Read the complete conversation with responses clearly organized by speaker.

  • Call Summary: An AI-generated summary highlighting the key discussion points, customer responses, and call outcome, so you can quickly understand what happened without listening to the entire recording.

  • Variables: View the values captured for each Output Variable configured on the assistant. If a topic was not discussed during the call, the field displays -- instead of making an assumption.
