Manage Campaigns

Once launched, Twenty2 handles calling automatically, but you can monitor campaign progress in real time and step in whenever changes are needed.

Tracking progress

Open any campaign to see its live dashboard: a progress bar showing percentage complete, calls made out of total, and the current success rate. Below that, a full breakdown - Completed Calls, Failed Calls, Not Attempted, Active, Pending, Today's Calls, Average Duration, Average Cost, and Total Cost which updates as the campaign runs.

For example, if a campaign makes 2 calls and only 1 was picked up, it will show 100% progress and a 50% success rate. The campaign is considered complete because all scheduled calls were attempted, even if not every call was successful.

The Campaign Information section below records the assistant used, the number it called from, the date range, calling window, and total contacts, and View Call Logs takes you straight to the individual call recordings and transcripts for that campaign.

Stop a campaign

If you need to end a campaign early, open it and click Stop Campaign. The campaign will retain its full call history and performance data, but no further calls will be placed.
