Call Connectivity is especially useful to track. It measures the percentage of dialed calls that successfully connected, regardless of how the conversation went afterward.


Filtering

You can filter analytics by date range, assistant, campaign, or call status to focus on specific segments of your calling activity. This makes it easy to compare the performance of individual assistants or campaigns against your overall metrics.
