Workspace

A workspace is a separate environment within your account, with its own assistants, campaigns, call logs, phone numbers, members, and billing. You can create and manage multiple workspaces and switch between them at any time.


Owned vs Shared

  • Owned Workspaces are workspaces you created. Each workspace card shows its creation date, member count, and Workspace ID, which can be copied with a single click.

  • Shared Workspaces are workspaces you've been invited to by someone else. You can access and work within them, but ownership remains with the creator.

Workspaces are completely isolated from one another- data, assistants, campaigns, and billing do not carry over between workspaces.


Creating a Workspace

Go to Workspace Hub and click Add New Workspace. Enter a name, and the workspace will be created instantly under your Owned Workspaces.


Switching workspaces

Click Switch Workspace at the bottom of the sidebar to view all your Owned and Shared workspaces. The currently active workspace is marked Current. Select another workspace and confirm to switch into it.


Finding your Workspace ID

Workspace IDs are commonly used for API integrations. You can copy a Workspace ID directly from its card in Workspace Hub or from the Switch Workspace panel in the sidebar.
